class=\"raven-heading-title\">La <span style=\"color:#9cda9b\">fibrosi qu\u00edstica (FQ)<\/span> \u00e9s una malaltia gen\u00e8tica i heredit\u00e0ria, transmesa conjuntament, sense saber-ho, per la mare i el pare. Afecta nens i nenes. \u00c9s una patologia cr\u00f2nica i degenerativa, que perjudica principalment el sistema respiratori. <br> <br>\n\nLa FQ \u00e9s causada per un gen defectu\u00f3s (CFTR) que porta el cos a produir un l\u00edquid anormalment esp\u00e8s i enganx\u00f3s anomenat moc, el qual s'acumula a les vies respirat\u00f2ries dels pulmons i al p\u00e0ncrees. Aquesta acumulaci\u00f3 de moc ocasiona infeccions pulmonars i seriosos problemes digestius. El gen CFRT es va descobrir el 1989 i se li han identificat prop de 2.000 mutacions, de les quals se sap que 127 estan relacionades directament amb la fibrosi qu\u00edstica. Per aix\u00f2, les afectacions de la malaltia s\u00f3n diverses segons el pacient i el tipus d'alteraci\u00f3 del CFRT.<br> <br>\nAmb el temps, la malaltia pulmonar empitjora fins al punt que la persona queda incapacitada. Actualment, l&#039;esperan\u00e7a de vida dels que pateixen aquesta malaltia \u00e9s d&#039;aproximadament 45 anys.<br> <br>\nEs calcula que a tot l'estat, un de cada 5.600 nadons neix amb fibrosi qu\u00edstica. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que cada any neixen a Catalunya uns 20 nens afectats. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s la malaltia gen\u00e8tica heredit\u00e0ria m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent: un de cada 25 individus \u00e9s portador del gen de fibrosi qu\u00edstica. Aix\u00f2 significa, per exemple, que a Espanya hi ha d'1,5 a 2 milions de persones portadores del gen. La freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la malaltia \u00e9s variable segons regions.\n<\/span><\/h2><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67c0f09
